We booked it before and recommend it to everyone. The location of the hotel was good and stunning - approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Alabang Town Center. There were shopping malls and a bakery around the property.

Well, the area was absolutely disgusting overall.

It has great and beautiful setting all in all everything was wonderful.

A lot of options, good food. Location short walk to those two malls and other nearby establishments, metro manila, and so many restaurants and a 7/11 shop. For tea or coffee visit Cafe d' Asie nearby...

I loved the room with 2 beds, the bed was extremely comfy. The breakfasts were always scrumptious and delicious with cheese, of course Filipino dishes plus good spread of cheese.

Poor customer service at the poolside bar. Lack of assistance with luggage and untrained staff.

The pool was unfortunately closed in the older wing, unfortunately no reference was given to the other pool which is present in the newer wing.

Very rich breakfast, there is something for everyone, . right next door there is a small passage with various shops, a 7/Eleven and fast Food restaurants

Reasonably large and brand-new rooms complete with a King size bed, a constant view. The staff are very gracious and consistently courteous, managed the parking on-site.

Great room decor for our anniversary, friendly and attentive staff, free shuttle to nearby malls, complimentary cake for my children's birthday, lovely pool. Highly recommended for family staycation.

The breakfast is incredible, very varied and delicious. The hotel itself is great, the bed is very comfortable and the room is very large. Great cleanliness and high privacy. Staff always willing to help and with a smile.

Even though it's great, it doesn't meet the expectations of a hotel with 5 stars and that price per night. You are sold Suit in the tower with views and the views leave much to be desired. The area itself has nothing unless it's a business trip.

The value for money at this hotel was great, especially with the room upgrade. The location was quiet and relaxing, and the staff, especially Josef, were courteous and helpful.

The morning meal could be improved with more variety.

We were upgraded to a Suite without any obvious reason, thank you, that was a nice experience. Including a complimentary botle of a good red wine! Very nice new swimming pool in the Tower building. Very nice massage rooms on 3rd floor of Tower building. Generally very nice staff.

Had to ask for a mattress at the pool, staff wouldn't offer it by themself. 2nd day, fruits left over from the day before were taken away by room cleaning staff.

The Spa is amazing. Also the size of the bedrooms are great. The foyer is nice too and the Chinese restaurant on level two also serves great food. The pool area unfortunately is always in the shade but does have a nice seating area with bar and good music.

The paint in the rooms is a little dark, making the room a bit dull. But this is purely personal preference. Unfortunately I left an item behind in my room. When I contacted them to send it to me whilst I was still in Manila, it took forever for them to get themselves organised and they were more concerned about how they were going to charge me for the $2 postage fee than simply popping it into an envelope and sending it to me in a timely manner.

Modern hotel, it offers efficient services and easy location adjacent to Manilla, the business district of the southern part of the metropolis and 2 malls nearby. Thank you for an exceptional stay.
